Returns

All returns must be post marked within 14 ( FOURTEEN) days of the purchase date. All items that are returned must be in unused and new condition without tampering the label and all original tags intact while returning back to us.

Return Process

To return an item, please e mail to Customer service at aswinisherbsfoods@gmail.com to receive RMA( Return Merchandise Authorization) number. After receiving the number place the item in the original packaging securely and then include your proof of purchase, then return the same to the following address:

Return Shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refunds

After receiving the shipment and after inspecting the condition of the item, we will process the exchange. Please allow us 7 ( SEVEN) days time from the receipt of the item to process your exchange. We will notify you through e mail when the process has been completed.
